Resident is an end-to-end real estate investment company. We build, develop, and oversee the management of our properties with the goal of transforming these sites into quality homes and liveable communities.

Since its creation, the company has evolved into a full-service, end-to-end real estate development platform. Now renamed Resident, the team brings a unique lens to the landscape, with extensive placemaking experience across residential and mixed-use developments. Thanks to long-standing relationships with industry designers, architects, and partners, Resident brings together teams of leading experts to transform underdeveloped land, residential, and commercial spaces into thriving new communities. Dedicated to building quality places for the future, the Resident team is thoughtful about improving existing neighbourhoods. We draw inspiration from the distinct elements of each setting to create communities that people connect to, and where they belong.
