As we move through the first few months of 2026, momentum continues to build across our portfolio. From key planning approvals to exciting neighbourhood change, it’s been a productive season for our team and our properties.
Development Approvals:
We’re pleased to share that we received zoning approval on our 11 Pleasant Blvd site in midtown Toronto in Fall 2025. The approved 18-storey building is designed with a welcoming and animated ground floor that activates both Pleasant Boulevard and the adjacent laneway.
Exciting Progress Along the Eglinton/Gervais Corridor:
With the Eglinton LRT now open to the public and planning advancing at 15 Gervais, the Eglinton–Don Mills corridor continues to emerge as major development node in Toronto. We are currently preparing our development applications for the site and look forward to sharing more details on our vision for this evolving neighbourhood in the months ahead.
Tenant Spotlight:
Demo Room recently opened its doors at our 307 Lake Shore Blvd property as a creative event space designed to host concerts, brand activations, corporate events, film and photo shoots, and community driven programming. Their goal is to bring new cultural and creative activity to the waterfront and create a welcoming hub for artists, creators, and event producers. You can learn more about them at www.demo-room.com.
Beyond our site, the surrounding waterfront continues to transform, with visible progress on the filling of the Parliament Slip reshaping the neighbourhood.
Dundas Street Paint Day:
This past Fall, the Resident team rolled up their sleeves for a paint day at our Dundas Street site. It was a great opportunity to care for the property while having some fun, as the site continues to move through the advanced planning process.
We’re proud of the progress made over the past season and look forward to carrying this momentum through 2026.
