Our future plans for Cactus and Steeles involve introducing a new mid-rise residence on Steeles Avenue, along with new townhomes and a public park for the community. Keeping the building human in scale, with terracing to ensure connection to the outdoors, the design responds to and harmonizes with the area’s existing streets and residential architecture.

Our development proposal offers a thoughtfully designed community comprising two mid-rise residential buildings standing at 12 and 15 storeys respectively, along with two blocks of townhouses spanning four storeys each. The project aims to provide a mix of housing including both rental and condominium units. Additionally, we are focused on enhancing the public realm and improving community connections. Our plans include a new community park, providing a green space for residents and neighbours. Including modern amenities for all inhabitants promotes a strong sense of community and shared living experiences. We aim to promote sustainability by incorporating energy-efficient technologies and practices, reflecting our ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility.
